The Duke University Libraries have recently launched a Library Hacks (http://library.duke.edu/blogs/libraryhacks/) blog in which public services and IT staff contribute tips and tools we think will save our patrons’ time.

We recently introduced a custom LibX toolbar for our users (http://www.library.emory.edu/libx/). I’d love to see us do more.
