		<description>This particular advertiser has probably targetted thousands of completely irrelevant keywords hoping their ad will pop up more often.

Unfortunately this usually results in little benefit either to the advertiser or to Google.  In this case I'd say that if Google had any more relevant ads to show for 'library' it would definitely have shown them over this.</description>
