		<description>At my local library there is a limit of 30 minutes if others are waiting for the computer.  2.5 hours sounds pretty generous.  90% of the people I've seen using the computers are just playing flash games or signing up for online sweepstakes.  I wonder how far this lawsuit will actually go.</description>
