		<description>I totally agree w/ your summary points from the Newspaper talk. that's what real marketing is -- segment customers, realize that dif groups have dif needs, and act accordingly. sadly it's a message that so many librarians still aren't getting -- or at least not acting on. but having people like you putting those points in front of colleagues again &#38; again can only help!</description>
